I always tend to give goal examples of people want to accomplish something athletic. But the reality is, many of you don’t want an athletic goal. Many of you just want to get back to the size you’re most comfortable in; many of you want to not feel your clothes so tight.
This is why it is so important to have your three feeling words - that is three words that describe exactly how you want to feel.
